What You Will Do
- Draft the company’s contract templates, and review its commercial contracts, such as partner, supplier, and independent contractor agreements.
- Review the company’s terms of use against how the app functions, and prepare updates for review by outside legal counsel before publication.
- Maintain a register of all contracts, tracking their renewal and expiration dates, and provide timely reminders to responsible personnel.
- Assist colleagues in utilizing approved contract templates and arrange for external legal advice on any legal inquiries.
- Ensure each contract is signed by an authorized person, and file the signed copy along with any subsequent amendments.
What We Need
- Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
- 3+ years of experience in drafting or reviewing commercial contracts, either in-house or at a law firm; a law degree is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Saudi contract and commercial law, including the Civil Transactions Law and the E-Commerce Law.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Pay and Terms
- Total monthly salary: SAR 10,000–15,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
- Full-time position, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours, and annual leave as per Saudi Labour Law.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration, as required by Saudi law.
