Control & Reporting Coordinator

About the Role
This position supports the finance department by performing administrative, clerical, and basic accounting tasks. The role is crucial in ensuring that financial operations run smoothly, which includes maintaining records, preparing reports, handling invoices, and assisting with budgeting and audits.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash collection and cash reconciliation.
• Process employee expense claims (petty cash) and verify supporting documents.
• Maintain and update financial records and databases.
• Reconcile invoices, statements, and bank transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems.
• Maintain proper filing systems for financial documentation.
• Handle administrative duties such as copying, scanning, and responding to basic finance-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance or administrative roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
