Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement control systems for target tracking and stabilization platforms.
- Develop real-time control algorithms for electro-optical systems.
- Create mathematical models and simulations to predict performance and refine control strategies in dynamic environments.
- Test, troubleshoot, and document control algorithms in both lab and field environments.
- Develop test plans, collect and analyze data, and document results.
- Assist business development by conducting market studies and evaluating emerging technologies in optical sensor systems.
- Provide mentorship and technical oversight as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in control systems engineering, with a focus on gimbal stabilization.
- Strong understanding of control theory and control system design (PID, state-space, adaptive control).
- Hands-on experience implementing real-time control algorithms in embedded systems.
- Proficiency in system modeling and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink.
- Knowledge of C, C++ for embedded system development is a plus.
- Expertise in testing, tuning, and validating control systems for high-precision applications.
