Your Future Role
- Automate various business processes using CAI platforms (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa) utilizing both deterministic rule-based and probabilistic LLM-based approaches.
- Conduct business analysis for use cases selected for CAI automation.
- Design processes and conversations using diagrams or prompt strategies.
- Develop solutions, including API call configuration, NLP training, and TTS enhancements.
- Perform testing, including functional and NLP testing.
- Collaborate closely with business owners and clients to gather comprehensive business and technical requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of at least one major CAI Platform (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa).
- Experience in business requirements analysis and process design.
- Proper communication and escalation skills.
- Good command of the English and Polish languages.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
