About the Job:
Role Purpose:
To administer and provide technical support to enterprise system infrastructure in order to ensure system availability and security in line with the departmental KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Server Hardening: Install, configure, optimize and harden Windows servers.
• Assist in root cause analysis of critical problems.
• Apply Active Directory Domain Member Security and Audit Policy Settings.
• Security Hardening of SSL/TLS Servers IAM (Identity and Access Management) & Cloud Services: Administer AD, ADFS, MIM/FIM, ADFS, AD-RMS, CA.
• Manage and maintain Azure services, Office 365, and Intune.
• Systems Automation: System integration and enhancement of infrastructure system workflow.
• Encourage automation by leveraging PowerShell and/or other scripting languages.
• Manage Messaging System: Design, implement and administer MS Exchange server and Windows Server, including management of Exchange Databases and Mail Flow.
• Monitor Exchange Services Security: Implement a “least functionality” approach.
• Manage PAM Solution.
• Patch vulnerabilities immediately.
• Manage Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.

Skills Required:

• MCSA, MCSE, CCNA certifications.
• Problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong knowledge of Windows PowerShell and Batch Scripting.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Server Technologies.
• Thorough understanding of authentication, authorization, and directory services.
