Consulting & Analytics:
VCA serves the company’s clients and partners, offering consulting and analytics services across various areas including strategy, product, portfolio management, risk, and digital. Within VCA exists a dedicated Data Science team passionate about statistics, advanced analytics, and machine learning with unparalleled access to insights from one of the world's largest payment networks.

Business Development:
The business development team drives the country's strategy by identifying and leading analytics-driven opportunities to bolster business growth for the company and its clients. As a BD COOP Trainee, you will support the team in assisting client requests aimed at growing the company’s share of business.

Marketing:
The marketing team focuses on enhancing awareness, preference, and conversion across B2B and B2C sectors. This is an opportunity to harness your creativity, express ideas, and significantly contribute to the organization and its mission through a client-centric approach and innovative strategies.

Finance:
As a Finance intern, you will gain practical experience in a dynamic global payments environment while contributing to impactful business projects from day one. You may support various teams with deal analysis, pricing, financial planning, controllership, and data-insight provision that facilitates sound business decisions. Your tasks may include analyzing balance sheets and cash flow drivers, stress-testing financial scenarios, reviewing results and variances, and ensuring financial data accuracy and consistency.
The company requires at least 3 days in the office; specific expectations for these days will be communicated by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Must be available for a full-time COOP starting in January 2027 (2nd semester COOP only)
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, graduating in 2027. Must be available for a full-time graduate role in September 2027
- Must be well-versed and curious about the latest AI tools
- Disciplines welcome: Economics/Financial Economics, Marketing, Business, Finance, IT/MIS, and Engineering
- Excellent academic record
- Saudi National
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
