Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Attend general safety induction and mine-specific safety training.
• Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and site safety rules.
• Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Prepare weekly learning summaries or short presentations.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training sessions and supervisor feedback.
• Complete assigned training tasks and final evaluation.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the training, the trainee will:

• Understand basic mining operations and workflows.
• Demonstrate awareness of safety requirements in mining environments.
• Gain exposure to mining equipment and production processes.
• Develop professional discipline, teamwork, and communication skills.
