Cooperative Training (Co-op) Program

We are looking for motivated, ambitious, and quick-learning university students to join our Cooperative Training (Co-op) Program. This program offers real-world experience, mentorship from industry professionals, and the opportunity to work on high-impact projects.

Available Tracks & Departments

Information Technology (IT)

• Support internal IT operations, assist with troubleshooting, contribute to system/network administration, and help maintain software and hardware infrastructure.

Marketing

• Assist with social media management, content creation, digital campaign tracking, market research, and brand promotion initiatives.

Product Management

• Support product research, assist in mapping user journeys, collaborate with design/engineering teams on feature rollouts, and analyze user feedback to improve our products.

Sales

• Help manage sales pipelines, conduct lead generation and market outreach, support pitch preparations, and track sales performance metrics.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university undergraduate program requiring a mandatory Co-op / Cooperative Training period to graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Fast learner with a high sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to commit to the full-time training period.
