Coordinator IT Support

The Coordinator IT Support will be responsible for managing a detailed inventory of the company’s hardware assets and keeping the inventory sheets updated. Furthermore, the Coordinator IT Support interacts with various suppliers and vendors to coordinate and track the asset allocation and hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the distribution of hardware assets
• Maintain records of hardware and licenses
• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain hardware while ensuring IT processes are met before allocating to vendors
• Utilize remote access tools to resolve issues
• Maintain a close relationship and coordinate with suppliers and Telecom providers for procurement of assets

Requirements

• Adequate command of Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently or in groups
