Job Description:
The Coordinator IT Support will be responsible for managing a detailed inventory of the company’s hardware assets and keeping the inventory sheets updated. Responsibilities include:

• Planning and monitoring the distribution of hardware assets.
• Maintaining records of hardware and licenses.
• Configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware to ensure IT processes are adhered to before allocating to the vendors.
• Utilizing remote access tools to resolve issues.
• Maintaining close relationships and coordinating with suppliers and telecom providers for the procurement of assets.

Qualifications:

• Adequate command of Excel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently or in groups.
