About the Opportunity
You will work closely with the Sales Manager to assist with various tasks, including:
- Providing administrative support for sales projects, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communication among team members.
- Assisting in sales processes, including lead generation and sales onboardings.
- Maintaining, updating, and gathering all documents required during sales and onboarding processes, ensuring records are organized and accessible.
- Tracking project timelines, milestones, and deadlines, sending reminders, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Supporting all account communications, including general announcements, contract sending, and account follow-ups.

Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in GSuite (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.) and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is essential.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferable.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment, is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
