Coordinator Operations

About the Opportunity
You will work closely with the Sales Manager to assist with various tasks, including:

• Providing administrative support for sales projects, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communication among team members.
• Assisting in sales processes, including lead generation and sales onboardings.
• Maintaining, updating, and gathering all documents required during sales and onboarding processes, ensuring records are organized and accessible.
• Tracking project timelines, milestones, and deadlines, sending reminders, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Supporting all account communications, including general announcements, contract sending, and account follow-ups.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in GSuite (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.) and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is essential.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferable.
• Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment, is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
