About the Opportunity
As a Coordinator in People Solutions at talabat, you will be responsible for resolving HR tickets from employees, managers, and the People & Culture team to address all tier 1 HR questions and Workday inquiries. Your role will involve producing required documents, troubleshooting Workday tasks, and supporting employees with general HR inquiries. Additionally, you will draft process documentation or enhancements to existing processes, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and update trackers for various business processes managed by People Solutions across different markets, ensuring adherence to country-specific requirements and policies.
