Coordinator, Projects Interface (Technical Projects Division)

This role provides interface coordination support to Major Projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE, focusing on the handover of technical documentation and relevant IT systems. The position involves developing procedures for current systems, recommending improvements to enhance project performance, and coordinating with external entities to ensure logistical, vendor, and administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and updating the Major Projects Group websites, preparing reports and presentations.
• Organizing the agenda and documentation for quarterly management meetings and following up on action items.
• Assisting in the creation of management procedures and progress reports.
• Engaging in business process automation for Major Projects.
• Acting as a point of contact for processing Letters of Assistance and facilitating process improvements.
• Supporting the handover of technical documents and IT systems, including training and testing.
• Advising the Project Management Team on interfacing matters related to SmartPlant and LiveLink systems.
• Coordinating with government organizations and suppliers for project services and delivery of No Objection Certificates.
• Managing logistics for project cargo shipments and arranging events or workshops.

The minimum qualifications for this position require a Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Professional certifications are a plus.
