Your responsibilities will include uploading and updating restaurant information, setting up new partner systems, managing quality accounts, and fostering continuous partner relationships.

Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for partner restaurant queries or complaints
- Upload and update restaurant information online in a timely manner
- Set up and configure systems for new partners, assisting with training and vendor-related system issues
- Update and monitor closed restaurant records
- Document restaurant contracts and amendments
- Prepare periodic contract delivery and pick-up reports
- Manage quality accounts of restaurants, resolving operational issues
- Prepare reports on transmission methods and assist with GPRS printer programming
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- MS Office proficiency, with Excel certification
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate flexibility in working
- Capability to build good relationships with clients
