About

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for partner restaurant queries or complaints
  • Upload and update restaurant information online in a timely manner
  • Set up and configure systems for new partners, assisting with training and vendor-related system issues
  • Update and monitor closed restaurant records
  • Document restaurant contracts and amendments
  • Prepare periodic contract delivery and pick-up reports
  • Manage quality accounts of restaurants, resolving operational issues
  • Prepare reports on transmission methods and assist with GPRS printer programming
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • MS Office proficiency, with Excel certification
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate flexibility in working
  • Capability to build good relationships with clients
