Coordinator Talent Acquisition - UAE National

About the Opportunity
As a Coordinator for Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
• Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics for recruiting events
• Maintaining recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
• Assisting in creating job requisitions and updating job descriptions and advertisements
• Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensuring candidate information is accurately recorded and updated
• Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Prior experience in an administrative support role is preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Must have a UAE Family Book
