About the Opportunity
As a Coordinator for Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics for recruiting events
- Maintaining recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
- Assisting in creating job requisitions and updating job descriptions and advertisements
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensuring candidate information is accurately recorded and updated
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Prior experience in an administrative support role is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Must have a UAE Family Book
