About the Opportunity
- Plans, organizes, administers, tracks and reports on different programs and learning initiatives.
- Takes ownership of logistics planning and coordination for learning programs.
- Administers and manages various tools that are used across our learning programs, including our learning management system.
- Organizes various program supplies, including technology tools, managing invitation lists and feedback forms.
- Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex different sets.

What You Need to Be Successful
- Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Familiarity with learning management platforms is a plus.
