About the Role
We are currently seeking a professional with expertise in Core Banking Finacle Testing to support our operations in the UAE. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that core banking systems function seamlessly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of core banking systems, with a focus on the Finacle platform.
• Collaborate with project teams to support system implementation efforts.
• Participate in data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in reconciliation processes to verify data integrity.
• Document testing activities and provide reports on findings and recommendations.
• Support business analysis activities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in banking operations, project support, business analysis, system implementation, or operational support.
• Experience with core banking systems, preferably Finacle, would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with data migration, reconciliation, testing, and documentation activities is preferred.
