Core Banking Techno Functional Consultant

As a Core Banking Techno Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in transforming core banking platforms, products, and processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting current state assessments, defining future-state functional capabilities, and leading the RFP/RFI processes. You will engage with core banking vendors, present findings to stakeholders, and advise on transformation roadmaps and platform selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of core banking platforms and document functional capabilities.
• Lead vendor evaluations and engage with core banking vendors, such as Temenos.
• Translate business needs into functional designs across various banking modules (e.g., Customer, Accounts, Lending, Deposits).
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient design realization.
• Provide functional sign-off at key stages of the project delivery.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in core banking transformation with strong functional leadership roles.
• Mandatory experience with Temenos Transact, including an in-depth understanding of key modules and configurations.
• Proven ability to lead functional solutioning in live implementation environments.
• Familiarity with Islamic banking products and processes is an advantage.
• Experience in Middle East markets is a plus.
