We’re seeking a passionate product leader to drive the growth and innovation of our core commercial card propositions—from corporate cards to lodge products—designed to enable seamless Travel & Entertainment (T&E) spend for our corporate customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product development, benefit enablement, vendor management, and go-to-market execution—and who wants to create propositions that make corporates say “we need that.”

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the core commercial card product suite (Corporate Card, Lodge, Small Business T&E, and related products) to meet market needs and deliver superior value to corporates.
  • Identify new and innovative T&E propositions, ensuring the company remains the partner of choice for issuers and corporates.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to integrate emerging technologies, industry best practices, and company assets into product design.
  • Curate and manage benefits for corporate customers—ranging from travel perks and expense management integrations to insurance offerings and customer support enhancements.
  • Lead vendor management for benefit providers, ensuring service quality, commercial value, and seamless integration into the cardholder experience.
  • Develop high-quality sales collateral, product decks, and case studies that empower account managers to effectively pitch the company’s corporate card solutions to banks and corporates.
  • Partner with sales teams to provide product expertise during client engagements, RFPs, and strategic account planning.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and refine propositions.
  • Track product performance across issuing partners and identify opportunities to grow penetration, spend, and share of wallet.

About You

  • Experience: 7+ years in product management, corporate payments, commercial cards, or related T&E product roles.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of commercial payment flows, corporate travel ecosystems, and card-based T&E programs (including lodge card models). Knowledge of company Smart Data suite and the entire commercial transaction flow.
  • Commercial Mindset: Proven ability to balance customer needs, market trends, and commercial targets.
  • Collaboration: Skilled at working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, vendors, and global product teams. Create a network within Product, customer delivery, and customer support.
  • Storytelling: Able to translate technical and functional product value into compelling client propositions.
  • Execution: Track record of delivering products from concept to market, with an eye for detail and operational excellence.
