Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities, including market screening, target identification, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain financial models (valuation, business plans, scenario analysis) to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive benchmarking across fintech, payments, and SME ecosystems.
  • Prepare high-quality materials for senior management and board discussions, including investment memos, strategy decks, and performance updates.
  • Support fundraising activities by assisting in investor materials, data room preparation, and financial analysis.
  • Analyze internal performance data (GMV, cohorts, unit economics, lending portfolio) to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in due diligence processes by coordinating workstreams, analyzing findings, and supporting deal execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, product, business intelligence) on key strategic initiatives and business cases.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential partners to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-3 years' experience in an analytical role in a high growth environment such as technology startup/scaleup, strategy consulting, or banking.
  • Analytical skills and business case development.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is preferred.
