We aim to curate immersive and impactful experiences—referred to as "Sessions of Vitality"—for major companies, enhancing their wellbeing, culture, creativity, and development. We are seeking experienced retreat organizers to collaborate with us, catering to a target client base that includes major players in Fashion, Tech, Finance, Pharmaceutical, and various industries.

The Partnership
We offer two key partnership models:

- Context: We provide clients; you provide retreats.
- We match clients: We consult with clients to identify their wellbeing and cultural needs.
- You deliver: Based on their needs, we connect them with retreat partners to deliver tailored retreats at a fixed commission percentage on your retreat price.

Enriching Your Retreats:
- Context: You have clients/retreats; we provide sessions.
- Our portfolio of experts: Access to a network of over 1,500 experts in wellbeing, leadership/team development, arts, and culture.
- Your retreat enrichment: Collaborate to elevate your retreats with the right mix of session and workshop hosts according to your needs and budget.
Ideal Match
To be considered for partnership, you should meet the following criteria:
- Significant experience in creating and delivering retreats, including location management.
- Must be an individual or company with appropriate rights.
- Proven experience working with corporate clients and senior profiles.
- Available examples and tangible evidence of past retreats (including images and programs).
- Proficient in conversational English.
- Compliance with all legal requirements to carry out retreats, including insurance and permits.

Travel and Contract Details
This role includes collaboration at various locations across the globe, primarily targeting regions such as Australia, Dubai, the UAE, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and many European countries.
