About the Role:

The company is seeking a Corporate Systems Engineer to be part of the team. You will be responsible for changing customer perceptions of what is possible with our next-generation endpoint cybersecurity technology. This role will support the Corporate Team in deploying, configuring, and demonstrating the company's security platform (Falcon) to prospective customers. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and delivering technical demonstrations of the products.
  • Learning new hacking attack techniques and testing them within the company platform.
  • Gathering customer technical requirements and creating evaluation test plans.
  • Running Proof of Values (POV) with prospects and managing the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.

Success comes from ensuring customers receive the best experience at each stage of their journey. You will work with a diverse range of customers and partners and will be required to articulate the functionality, value, and benefits of our solutions effectively. Collaboration with sales teams to provide the technical expertise necessary for delivering the right solution to customers is critical. Continuous upskilling and staying current on industry trends are essential to succeed in this role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities.
  • Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations.
  • Articulate the company's technical message where required.
  • Ask open and challenging discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements.
  • Run Proof of Values (POV) with approved success criteria, demonstrating the benefits and value of the platform.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.
  • Learn and test different cybersecurity attack techniques against the company's Falcon platform.
  • Provide informal training to the Corporate team on the company's technology and competitive messaging.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding feedback and issues that require assistance from the Support team.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven track record in technical roles (support, consulting, or systems engineering) with demonstrated self-direction and organizational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, delivering clear and impactful presentations to both technical and business audiences.
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities, with demonstrated success in analyzing and resolving complex technical challenges under pressure.
  • Strong technical acumen, capable of evaluating complex architectures to identify security vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and competitive drive, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native fluency and business-level Arabic and English.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive business outcomes.

Bonus Points:

  • Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration, and endpoint security, including anti-virus solutions.
  • Experience with malware analysis and cybersecurity expertise.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/Value Selling framework.
