The company is seeking a Corporate Systems Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will revolutionize the security market and shift customer perceptions regarding next-generation endpoint cyber security technology. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the Corporate Team by deploying, configuring, and demonstrating the company's security platform (Falcon) to prospective customers. This includes creating and delivering technical product demonstrations, learning and testing new hacking techniques, gathering customer technical requirements, developing evaluation test plans, overseeing Proof of Values (POV) with prospects, and managing the evaluation process toward successful conclusions.
What You’ll Do
- Own and develop the technical champion in the opportunities.
- Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
- Articulate the company's technical message as needed.
- Ask open and challenging discovery questions to uncover pain points and drive requirements.
- Run Proof of Values (POV) with predefined success criteria that showcase the platform's benefits and value.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.
- Learn and test various cyber security attack techniques against the company's Falcon platform.
- Provide informal training to the Corporate team on the company's technology and competitive messaging.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, gathering feedback and resolving issues that require support team assistance.
What You’ll Need
- Proven track record in technical roles (support, consulting, or systems engineering) demonstrating self-direction and organizational excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering clear and impactful presentations to both technical and business audiences.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, with success in analyzing and resolving complex technical challenges under pressure.
- Strong technical acumen, able to swiftly evaluate complex architectures and identify security vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities.
- Intellectual curiosity and competitive drive, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Native fluency in Arabic and business-level English.
Bonus Points
- Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration, management, and endpoint security, including anti-virus solutions.
- Experience with malware analysis and Cybersecurity expertise is a plus.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC/Value Selling methodology.
