Corporate Transformation Manager

The role holder is responsible for managing the corporate transformation strategies and plans, driving adaptation changes within the company group in compliance with transformation strategies, and carrying out duties in accordance with stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development of the company’s organization strategy and to the overall process of management and corporate decision-making along with other members of the Executive Team.
• Directs and manages the Transformation Management mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes to achieve high performance standards.
• Leads and monitors change in the Transformation Management, providing guidance and support necessary for continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards in the Transformation Management.

Requirements

• 6-7 years of experience in leading Project Execution/Program/Project Management in the telecommunications industry.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
