Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Implementing modernization strategies and managing technology rollouts.
- Collaborating with multiple internal teams for problem resolution and service improvements.
- Managing the country-specific technology budget and supporting critical initiatives.
- Acting as the primary liaison between business operations and technical teams.

Skills and Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of relevant technology experience in complex IT environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

Qualifications:
