Country Technology Manager (Saudi National)

About the Job:
The role of Country Technology Manager (CTM) in Saudi Arabia is pivotal for ensuring the continuous availability, high performance, and robust security of all production applications that support business and operational functions. This position involves comprehensive management of local data centres and related infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, storage systems, external connectivity gateways, and telephony systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Implementing modernization strategies and managing technology rollouts.
• Collaborating with multiple internal teams for problem resolution and service improvements.
• Managing the country-specific technology budget and supporting critical initiatives.
• Acting as the primary liaison between business operations and technical teams.
• Leading root cause analysis for high severity incidents and ensuring compliance with technology policies.

Skills and Experience:

• 5 to 7 years of relevant technology experience in complex IT environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and banking systems.
• Effective people management and time management skills.
• Experience in change management and project management methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology-related field preferred.
• Proven problem-solving ability in high-pressure situations.
• Capacity to interpret data and make actionable insights.
