Position

The role of Country Technology Manager (CTM) in Saudi Arabia is pivotal in ensuring the continuous availability, high performance, and robust security of all applications within the production environment that support our business and operational functions. This position demands comprehensive oversight and maintenance of local data centres and related infrastructure components, including servers, networking equipment, storage systems, external connectivity gateways, and telephony systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and continuously improving the stability, capacity, and security of local IT systems and infrastructure; focusing on modernization strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with application and infrastructure teams to proactively address issues related to instability or outdated technologies.
  • Implementing stringent controls over production changes to reduce incidents caused by change errors.
  • Ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and security of business-critical applications.
  • Acting as the liaison between business operations and technical teams to facilitate clear communication.
  • Leading service improvement initiatives and coordinating incident management.

Candidates should have a solid foundation in IT infrastructure and banking systems with 5 to 7 years of relevant technology experience, including substantial exposure to complex IT environments. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic and must demonstrate effective people management, time management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in a technology-related field, supplemented by leadership development and project management certifications, as well as analytical skills, the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights, and experience in managing multiple priorities in dynamic work environments.
