• 9+ years of experience – Lead solution design, development, and customization on the Creatio platform.
• Define technical architecture and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee integrations with external systems and ensure smooth data flows.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and environment management.
