About
Based in the Binance Global Creative Team, the creative designer will produce world-class creative design work for the growing cryptocurrency exchange platform Binance. The designer will deliver modern, effective, and inspiring creative assets for all Binance needs, reporting to the Global Design Lead. Responsibilities include producing digital graphics, merchandise, campaign assets, motion design, and effective communications across channels including social media, websites, events, and digital marketing. The candidate will guide junior designers and assist the Global Lead in team administration, acting as the POC for local marketing teams in the MENASA region.

Responsibilities
- Follow and interpret creative direction to deliver 'on brand' designs for campaigns.
- Collaborate with design leads, project managers, and copywriters to create integrated campaigns.
- Work with senior designers to create compelling communications and content.
- Act as the Creative POC for local marketing teams in MENASA, leading creative efforts.
- Challenge and innovate within creative design processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in creative processes.
- Support acquisition and retention teams with engaging digital campaigns.
- Learn from the brand design lead about campaign performance and innovate accordingly.
- Help create and deliver brand assets to meet design demands.
- Regularly review and optimize creative designs.
- Self-manage daily tasks for timely delivery of work.
- Foster a positive and innovative culture within the creative team.
- Mentor junior team members and assist in onboarding new designers.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers and freelancers to achieve results.
- Maintain strong relationships with Binance Global and MENASA Marketing teams.
- Constantly challenge and innovate to enhance the team’s creative knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience as a designer in a creative team on the global business or agency side.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English, Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced online business, delivering high-quality creative assets.
- Customer-centric approach to design development.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines for various projects.
- Experience in a team with established best practices.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end design process from concept to production.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; knowledge of 3D software and Gen AI is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for innovation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence as a team player.
- Experience working with third-party agencies for project delivery.
- Positive and influential personality.
- Familiar with task management tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Asana, Google Docs, etc.
