The Opportunity
- Design and Build: You will design ads, landing pages, and motion graphics, and then create these pages yourself in Webflow. Enjoy the freedom of no development queue and the prevention of meaning lost in translation.
- Two Funnels, One Visual Language: Flex between two distinct audiences—companies needing to hire and the talent they seek—while maintaining the brand's strong identity.
- Ship at Growth Speed: This role allows you to produce immediate work—ads this week, landing pages next, and motion for future launches—all designed to be tested, iterated on, and either scaled or retired based on metrics.
- Work That Reaches the Whole Company: Collaborate directly with growth, marketing, and the founders. Your designs can go live within days of conception.
Who You Are
You have 5 to 7 years of design experience (8+ is a bonus) and have shipped real work, beyond just showcasing a portfolio. Key qualities include:
- Proficient in both design and web-building using Webflow—being able to build your designs is crucial.
- Experience creating high-converting landing pages, not just aesthetically pleasing ones.
- Proven track record in making organic social creatives and paid ad creatives, aware of the differences between both.
- Capability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines; you can create good designs quickly, not just fast designs.
- Motion design is a core skill, not an afterthought.
- Fluency in Arabic, allowing you to capture subtleties missed in translation.

- Designers who rely on developers to realize their designs.
- Candidates with a portfolio featuring Webflow designs that lack practical application; we want sites that have been fully built and shipped.
- Individuals needing exhaustive briefs down to the pixel before starting a project.
