As a Creative Director focusing on Copy, you will serve as both a hands-on creative leader and a strategic partner. You will set creative ambitions aligned with each client’s brand purpose and help shape the future of their products, redefine category dynamics, transform audience experiences, or spark cultural conversations that drive fame and impact. You will act as the champion for creative copy excellence, inspiring teams to deliver work that is not only effective but transformative for our clients’ brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Excellence Leadership: Uphold the highest standards of creative output across the agency, inspiring teams to deliver bold, original, and culturally resonant work.
  • Brand Leadership: Own and nurture client relationships at Marketing Director/CMO level, ensuring alignment of creative vision with brand purpose.
  • Hands-on Craft: Stay actively engaged with the creative process, inspiring teams and contributing to outstanding brand-building ideas.
  • Outrageous Impact: Champion work based on its potential impact on the client’s brand, audience, and culture.
  • Team Development: Mentor and grow multidisciplinary creative teams, fostering a culture of proactive creativity and innovation.
  • Client Portfolio Growth: Manage larger, more complex client portfolios, including multi-market and integrated brands.
  • Community Focus: Build and nurture a creative community to attract and develop the next generation of creative talent.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience leading brand and creative strategy at a top-tier agency or brand.
  • Strong ability to build and sustain senior client partnerships.
  • Excellent conceptual thinking, storytelling, and copy skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating brand fame, cultural impact, and business results.
  • A confident presenter comfortable with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • Passion for fostering transformative creativity.
  • A clear vision and appetite for innovation, leveraging new technologies (including AI).
