Creative Producer, Videographer & Editor

About the role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the social media manager to produce engaging video content across the company’s and the CEO Office's social media platforms. You will participate in weekly brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts for both brand and personal channels, allowing you to utilize your creativity and explore new formats and styles freely.

Key responsibilities

• Bring ideas to weekly brainstorming meetings with the social media manager for brand and personal channels.
• Develop concepts and draft storyboards for short-form, long-form, and campaign content.
• Plan and run shoots, handling filming, lighting, and audio, both in-office and outdoors.
• Film founder-led content with the CEO for the CEO Office’s personal channels.
• Edit videos end-to-end, from raw reactive clips to polished, high-production pieces, including subtitles, music, and sound design.
• Design supporting visuals such as thumbnails and cover frames.
• Turn around ad-hoc and reactive content quickly when trends or news break.
• Keep all content on-brand and maintain an organized footage and asset library.
• Review video performance with the social media manager and utilize insights to shape the next round of content.
• Experiment with new formats, styles, hooks, and lengths to determine what drives growth.
