Key Responsibilities:

Consumer Management:
- Oversee consumer journeys, optimizing awareness, engagement, and retention.
- Implement strategies for profiling and segmenting consumers to improve relationship building.
- Design and execute a full-funnel touchpoint strategy for an optimized omnichannel experience.

Data Management:
- Integrate data from various sources to meet business needs.
- Utilize data management tools like PowerBI and Looker for insights.

Platform Management:
- Understand and manage digital platforms and tools for data creation and consumption.
- Strategize channel usage to enhance brand awareness and profitability.

Services Management:
- Monitor performance through KPIs and maintain the beauty tech services roadmap.
- Ensure timely implementation of beauty tech services across platforms.

Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with CRM agencies to boost brand growth.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM services, preferably in an agency or as a Digital Manager.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital KPIs.
- Knowledge of beauty tech services.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of local consumer behaviors and relational database concepts.
- Capacity to translate consumer data into business opportunities.
- Proven experience in CRM campaigns and customer retention strategies.
- Solid analytical skills, project management expertise, and effective presentation skills.
