The CRM and Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellence in CRM and Beauty Tech services on a digital corporate level. Key Responsibilities:

  • Consumer Management:

    • Oversee consumer journeys, optimizing awareness, engagement, and retention.
    • Implement strategies for profiling and segmenting consumers to improve relationship building.
    • Design and execute a full-funnel touchpoint strategy for an optimized omnichannel experience.
  • Data Management:

    • Integrate data from various sources to meet business needs.
    • Utilize data management tools like PowerBI and Looker for insights.
  • Platform Management:

    • Understand and manage digital platforms and tools for data creation and consumption.
    • Strategize channel usage to enhance brand awareness and profitability.
  • Services Management:

    • Monitor performance through KPIs and maintain the beauty tech services roadmap.
    • Ensure timely implementation of beauty tech services across platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with CRM agencies to boost brand growth.

Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM services, preferably in an agency or as a Digital Manager.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital KPIs.
  • Knowledge of beauty tech services.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of local consumer behaviors and relational database concepts.
  • Capacity to translate consumer data into business opportunities.
  • Proven experience in CRM campaigns and customer retention strategies.
  • Solid analytical skills, project management expertise, and effective presentation skills.
