Position

The CRM and Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellence in CRM and Beauty tech services at a corporate level. This role involves managing the consumer journey from initial awareness of a product or service to post-purchase loyalty. The successful candidate will optimize every stage of the consumer journey, including acquisition, engagement, and retention, to build long-term relationships and maximize consumer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consumer Management:

    • Manage the consumer journey, optimizing each stage from awareness to loyalty.
    • Analyze consumer interactions and data to build better relationships and drive sales growth.
    • Profile and segment consumers to tailor messages effectively.
  • Data Management:

    • Collect, integrate, and analyze data from various sources.
    • Understand key concepts of data management, including quality, privacy, and ethics.
  • Platform Management:

    • Understand the digital ecosystem and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
    • Use data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Looker) effectively.
  • Services:

    • Monitor performance of Beauty tech services using specific KPIs.
    • Ensure timely implementation of beauty tech services according to global standards.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Establish relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance CRM capabilities and align on targets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a relevant role, with experience in CRM tools and digital management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital landscape.
    • Proficient in CRM campaigns and performance metrics.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Language Requirements: English fluency is essential.
