Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult and Advise: Engage with senior stakeholders (VP+) to understand their goals and challenges; provide expert advice on how the company can optimize their operations in both pre-sales and delivery phases.
  • Solution Design: Architect comprehensive solutions using the company products aligned with business needs while adhering to industry best practices, focusing on service management, customer service, automation, and user experience.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current operations to identify new ways for enhancing workflows and achieving business results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, operations, business stakeholders, and external teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Industry Best Practices: Foster the adoption of industry best practices related to the company products, process solutions, and technical configurations.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends and the company capabilities, providing insights to the team and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrating AI into workflows and decision-making processes.
  • Proven experience in leading or supporting CRM transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with competitive solutions like Salesforce or Microsoft; knowledge of the company, particularly in Customer Service Management (CSM) or IT Service Management (ITSM), is advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Technical understanding of data models, integration, and process automation.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and document requirements clearly.
  • Competitive certifications (e.g. Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant or the company certifications) are preferred.

Language Requirements:
English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.
