CRM Business Functional Tester

We're Hiring: CRM Business Functional Tester

Are you someone who speaks both "business" and "tech"? We're looking for a CRM Functional Tester who can turn complex business workflows into airtight test cases — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks before it reaches end users. Unlike a pure technical tester, this role focuses on business logic, workflows, and user experience.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze BRDs & FSDs and build test plans with full traceability to business requirements
• Conduct Functional & End-to-End Testing for Lead Management, Opportunity tracking, Case Management, and Campaign automation
• Verify Data Integrity & Integration by checking data flows, RBAC permissions, and dashboard accuracy
• Manage Defects by logging bugs in Jira/Azure DevOps, running regression tests, and communicating business impact
• Support UAT by guiding stakeholders, preparing test data, and translating tech findings into plain language

What You'll Need:

• Hands-on experience with CRM testing: Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, or SAP/Oracle CRM (non-negotiable)
• Familiarity with tools: Jira, Selenium, Postman, Zephyr, Azure DevOps
• Basic SQL for database verification
• Agile/Scrum mindset and strong understanding of SDLC
• ISTQB / Salesforce Admin / Dynamics 365 certifications are a big plus
• Experience: 2–5 years in software testing, with 1–2 years specifically in CRM environments

Work Conditions: Full-time, on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
