What's on your plate?

  • Lead a team of CRM specialists to drive growth through communications and incentives.
  • Lead the personalization charter to maximize ROI through tailored engagements.
  • Ideate CRM campaigns focused on the customer lifecycle to address business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Ops team to launch effective CRM campaigns that tackle local market challenges (e.g., churn increases, frequency drops).
  • Monitor campaign spending and ensure alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual CRM budgets.
  • Track lifecycle campaign performance and suggest optimizations based on best practices and insights from other markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree with a strong data focus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in digital marketing is valuable, with prior CRM experience being a significant advantage.
  • Required strong data skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Mandatory experience with SQL.
  • Familiarity with CRM and campaign management tools such as Braze or equivalents.
  • Must be data-driven and passionate about results, with comfort in analyzing data and reporting campaign performance.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and a cooperative team player.
