Key Accountabilities
- Monthly Project Performance Indicator analysis
- Timely escalation of issues impacting project performance
- Management of project-related risk issues
- Monitoring of complaints related to non-compliance with processes and ratios
Major Activities
- Manage the progress of the Digital Transformation Program.
- Ensure coordination of strategic initiatives within an approved governance structure.
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making to support the delivery and management of digital projects.
- Analyze project plans to avoid task overlaps.
- Define project dependencies and collaborate with stakeholders to meet them.
- Monitor and report on program progress, alerting management to potential issues (issue and risk management).
- Escalate issues promptly and propose resolution strategies.
- Organize weekly, monthly, and quarterly steering meetings with all stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and methodologies.
- Engage and communicate changes to project stakeholders consistently and frequently.
- Facilitate decision-making workshops and meetings.
- Promote a digital transformation culture among stakeholders.
- Monitor disruptive digital trends and apply interventions as appropriate.
- Identify organizational changes necessary for digital transformation.
- Recommend ideas and techniques for risk mitigation and issue resolution.
- Suggest optimizations or changes needed to maintain an effective PLM Process.
- Propose agile and innovative techniques for project delivery.
Job Context
This role operates with medium to close supervision over the project's timeline and progress, alongside high authority in monitoring project direction and shared authority with business leaders in project implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- An engineering qualification and/or an MBA are advantageous.
Minimum Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in managing and implementing IT/digital projects.
- 3+ years of experience managing IT/digital projects using agile methodologies like SCRUM or SAFe.
- Change management experience is preferred.
- Experience in design thinking facilitation is a plus.
Job-Specific Skills
- In-depth understanding of technology and change management.
- Knowledge of present and emerging disruptive elements.
Languages
- Proficiency in relevant languages as per job requirements.
Special Certifications / Membership
- PMI-PMP certification is required.
- PMI-ACP, Professional Scrum Master, CCMP, or Prosci certifications are advantageous.
