CRM Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly capable CRM Senior Specialist to serve as the technical and process expert for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This role will focus on CRM optimization, advanced workflow automation, analytics, and supporting the continuous improvement of the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced CRM workflows and automations across the lead-to-cash process.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and sales analytics for management decision-making.
• Act as the escalation point for complex CRM issues, data challenges, and system integrations.
• Translate business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 configurations and enhancements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the deployment of system updates.
• Mentor CRM Specialists and Associates, ensuring best practices and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in CRM administration and process optimization.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and workflow management.
• Understanding of D365 integrations, APIs, and business process automation.
• Strong knowledge of sales, business development, proposal, and contract management processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
