In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for discovering, scoping, and collecting requirements to develop and deploy tailored solutions for your customers. You will facilitate communication between the company clients, your project team, and the broader CRM community. This position provides a unique opportunity to work with Microsoft's #1 partner, emphasizing personal development and training in both technology and consulting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on technology solutions for business challenges.
• Conduct client workshops to analyze and design solutions for various workstreams.
• Transform business requirements into application requirements and conduct fit/gap analyses.
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure clarity on functional requirements.
• Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong passion for learning along with good business acumen and time management skills.
• Proven experience in managing client expectations effectively.
• Strong consulting skills and prior client-facing experience, either with an implementation partner or an end user.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales and Customer Service) is essential; knowledge of Field Services and Marketing is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the Power Platform.
• Experience in full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
• Managing or leading teams, both onshore and offshore, is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
