Responsibilities:
- Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on technology solutions for business challenges.
- Conduct client workshops to analyze and design solutions for various workstreams.
- Transform business requirements into application requirements and conduct fit/gap analyses.
- Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure clarity on functional requirements.
- Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong passion for learning along with good business acumen and time management skills.
- Proven experience in managing client expectations effectively.
- Strong consulting skills and prior client-facing experience, either with an implementation partner or an end user.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales and Customer Service) is essential; knowledge of Field Services and Marketing is a plus.
- Solid understanding of the Power Platform.
- Experience in full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
- Managing or leading teams, both onshore and offshore, is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
