Job Description:
- Proficient in CRM functional areas in Sales Automation, Customer Service Automation, and Service management functionality.
- Extremely experienced in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integrations, and Power Platform development.
- Solid understanding of Azure services, core .NET technology, Power Platform, and related areas including Web API, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SSIS, and SQL Server.
- Knowledgeable in architecture/design concepts, patterns, and best practices in Microsoft Technologies.
- Capable of providing designs for CRM customizations, integrations, and data migration approaches.
- Able to coordinate with business stakeholders, CRM functional consultants, and CRM tech leads.
- Good understanding of deployment aspects.
- Strong and assertive communication and articulation skills.
- Experience working as a CRM Solution Architect for at least 3 projects.
