ServiceNow is seeking a CRM Advisory Solution Consultant to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Build POCs: Lead the creation of CRM best-practice proof-of-concept environments demonstrating ServiceNow CRM Workflow and AI integration.
  • Drive Innovation: Continuously iterate the POC program based on feedback and technological advances.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Team up with product managers, engineers, and leaders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Technical Excellence: Utilize deep ServiceNow platform expertise to design innovative architectures.
  • Data & Integration Expertise: Bring hands-on knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and modern data strategies.
  • Agility & Problem Solving: Address technical challenges swiftly and seek improved building approaches.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Develop documentation and conduct training to enable team knowledge sharing.
  • Impact & Influence: Provide thought leadership in architecture and influence ServiceNow’s CRM market presence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision-making.
  • Extensive background in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or technical leadership.
  • Proven expertise in the ServiceNow platform, primarily in CRM Workflow.
  • Strong experience in CRM architecture, integrations, and solution design.
  • Success in leading prototype development or innovation labs.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and tools, including REST APIs and ETL.
  • Highly collaborative with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Fluency in Arabic and English, familiarity with AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow, and experience with Agile development.

Compensation:
Base pay ranges from $131,925 to $217,725, complemented by equity, variable compensation, and benefits including health plans, a 401(k) plan with company match, and a flexible time away plan.

Work Conditions:
This position operates in a hybrid model, combining remote work with potential in-office requirements.
