Position

We are looking for a CRM Advisory Solution Consultant to join our dynamic and innovative team in the Riyadh Region (Hybrid). In this role, you’ll lead the creation and evolution of a cutting-edge Best Practice Proof of Concept (POC) Program centered on CRM and AI capabilities within the company platform. This high-impact, hands-on role requires technical excellence, strategic creativity, and a passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Build POCs: Lead the creation of CRM best practice proof-of-concept environments showcasing company CRM Workflow and AI integration capabilities.
  • Drive Innovation: Develop and iterate multiple versions of the POC program based on business feedback, customer needs, and evolving technology.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, technical consultants, and GTM leaders to deliver scalable, high-value solutions.
  • Technical Excellence: Utilize deep expertise in the company platform, particularly CRM Workflow, to design innovative architecture.
  • Data & Integration Expertise: Apply knowledge of integration technologies (including legacy systems), APIs, and modern data strategies.
  • Agility & Problem Solving: Act swiftly to solve technical challenges and continuously seek smarter methods for development.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Foster broader team enablement through documentation and training initiatives.
  • Impact & Influence: Share thought leadership in architecture forums to influence CRM leadership within the market.

Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, problem-solving, or decision-making.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or technical leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in the company platform, particularly CRM Workflow.
  • Strong background in CRM architecture, integrations, and scalable solution design.
  • Demonstrated success leading the creation of prototypes or proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and tools (REST APIs, ETL, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including technical writing and workshops.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities within the company or other enterprise platforms.
  • Experience in GTM programs or customer engagement strategies.
  • Published thought leadership in CRM, AI, or digital workflow solutions.
  • Experience with Agile development or rapid prototyping frameworks.

Language Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English.

Compensation: The base pay ranges from $131,925 to $217,725, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
