Position

ServiceNow is seeking a CRM Advisory Solution Consultant to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will lead the creation and evolution of a cutting-edge Best Practice Proof of Concept (POC) Program focused on CRM and AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. You will work collaboratively with skilled professionals to design and improve a showcase program that emphasizes innovation, rapid problem-solving, and real-world applications of advanced CRM solutions. This hands-on role requires technical excellence, strategic creativity, and a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Location: Riyadh Region (Hybrid)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Build POCs: Lead the development of CRM best practice proof-of-concept environments that showcase ServiceNow CRM Workflow and AI integration capabilities.
  • Drive Innovation: Develop and iterate versions of the POC program based on business feedback and evolving technology.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, technical consultants, and GTM leaders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Technical Excellence: Utilize deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform to design innovative architecture.
  • Data & Integration Expertise: Bring hands-on knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and modern data strategies.
  • Agility & Problem Solving: Solve technical challenges quickly and find smarter construction methods.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Produce documentation, conduct training, and facilitate knowledge-sharing practices.
  • Impact & Influence: Contribute thought leadership in architecture forums to showcase CRM leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes and problem-solving.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or technical leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in CRM Workflow.
  • Strong background in CRM architecture, integrations, and scalable solution design.
  • Demonstrated success in creating prototypes or proof-of-concepts.
  • Experience with integration patterns and tools (REST APIs, ETL, etc.).
  • Collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow or other platforms.
  • Experience in GTM programs or customer engagement strategies.
  • Thought leadership or published content in CRM or AI.
  • Agile development experience.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and English.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position ranges from $131,925 to $217,725, plus equity (when applicable), variable compensation, and benefits. Individual compensation may vary based on qualifications and work location. Benefits include health plans, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and flexible time away programs.
