The CRM Strategy & Insights Manager is responsible for ensuring every campaign and journey delivers measurable business impact. You will translate data into actionable insights, guide campaign optimization, and enhance the link between marketing activities, customer behavior, and revenue outcomes. This role includes managing the CRM Manager and collaborating closely with the Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance analytics to track, interpret, and enhance campaign and journey KPIs.
  • Develop reporting dashboards using Databricks and Power BI for performance visibility.
  • Define testing and optimization strategies for campaigns.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and retention.
  • Ensure data integrity by partnering with the Data team.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the CRM Manager.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand teams for campaign evaluation.
  • Deliver monthly reports to leadership on campaign impacts and strategic recommendations.

Success Metrics:

  • Campaign ROI uplift of +12-15% through data-driven optimizations.
  • Journey conversion improvements of +8-12% via continuous testing.
  • Regular updates of campaign dashboards and insights.

Required Skills & Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing intelligence, or growth analytics in digital or fintech environments.
  • Proficiency in building, interpreting, and visualizing data using Databricks, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Proven experience managing CRM platforms (e.g., Clevertap, Braze) strategically.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data narratives to senior leadership.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on guiding CRM team members.
  • Experience in SQL is preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with B2C mobile apps, e-commerce, or subscription-based business models.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and marketing attribution modeling.
