Cross Sell Performance Lead (6 months Period)

About the Role
This role involves supporting the end-to-end implementation of the Group Cross-Sell road map, working to ensure that all activities, milestones, and deliverables are effectively coordinated and tracked. You will be responsible for supporting the strategic nomination of clients, target setting, and the development of business scenarios and rules of engagement. Monitoring the performance of cross-selling initiatives, including referrals and key performance indicators (KPIs), will also be key aspects of this position. Additionally, you will need to identify any implementation gaps, dependencies, and issues, supporting timely escalation and resolution to keep the project on track.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track implementation activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support strategic client nomination, target setting, business scenarios, and rules of engagement.
• Monitor cross-sell performance, referrals, KPIs, and management dashboard.
• Identify implementation gaps, dependencies, and issues, and support timely escalation and resolution.
