We are seeking an experienced Crypto Payment Product Operator to manage the connection between payment service providers and merchants, address problem-solving, and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cryptocurrency payment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: - Merchant Connection: Coordinate with merchants using the Bybit Pay API, manage the access process, and troubleshoot issues to ensure service stability. - Payment Service Provider Integration: Facilitate the interface connection with payment service providers, ensuring a smooth implementation and proactively solving any technical challenges. - Handling of Online Payment Issues: Monitor payment system performance, resolve inquiries from users and merchants, and analyze payment data to suggest improvements. - Product Operation Support: Optimize operation processes for merchants to enhance system efficiency and oversee the operational health of payment services.
Job Requirements: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields. - Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in payment operations/products or related fields, with a preference for candidates experienced in cryptocurrency payments. - Skill Requirements: - Familiarity with cryptocurrency payment processes and technologies (e.g., blockchain, smart contracts). - Strong communication skills to liaise with technical teams. - Excellent problem-analysis and solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations. - Other Requirements: - Genuine interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. - Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in one or more local languages from Latin America, Europe, or Southeast Asia is preferred.
