Crypto Strategy & Research Lead

As a Crypto Strategy & Research Lead at Bybit, you will be responsible for producing regular research reports and market updates on crypto trends, token movements, macroeconomic factors, and trading opportunities. Your role will involve responding quickly to major market events, analyzing on-chain and derivatives data, and maintaining an up-to-date research calendar aligned with product, marketing, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Insights:

  • Produce regular reports and updates on market trends.
  • Provide timely commentary on significant market events.
  • Analyze relevant data to derive key insights for traders and investors.

• Thought Leadership & Brand Building:

  • Develop research pieces that enhance Bybit's reputation in the crypto space.
  • Collaborate with leadership to publish strategic viewpoints and whitepapers.
  • Support external visibility through various media channels.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Content, Product Marketing, and Social Media teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in research materials.

• Process & Team Management:

  • Build and manage systems for research production and distribution.
  • Track performance and impact of research outputs.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Experience & Expertise:

  • 7–10 years of experience in crypto/financial research or market strategy.
  • Strong understanding of crypto markets and investment analysis.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality research under tight deadlines.

• Technical & Strategic Skills:

  • Proficient in analytical tools such as TradingView, Dune Analytics, Glassnode, and Nansen.
  • Strong understanding of economic indicators and trading structures.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (C2 level) preferred.
