Cryptography/R&D Researcher

About the job

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the research and development of foundational blockchain technologies (cryptography, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, etc.) and tool systems.
• Contribute to the development and iteration of core cryptographic components in existing systems.
• Participate in the evaluation of cryptographic and blockchain protocol solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in a cryptography-related field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Rust, Python, or C++, with good programming habits and code style.
• Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
• Proficiency in basic algorithm principles and implementation.
• Understanding of mainstream public blockchain technologies and their working principles.
• Strong interest and passion for the blockchain industry.
• Strong learning ability, quick thinking, clear logic, strong security awareness, and good teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English & Chinese is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Published research papers in the field of ZK/MPC cryptography.
• Experience in implementing underlying libraries in the ZK/MPC field.
