About the Job:
The role involves participating in the research and development of foundational blockchain technologies, including cryptography, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms. You will contribute to the development and iteration of core cryptographic components in existing systems and participate in evaluating cryptographic and blockchain protocol solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and develop foundational blockchain technologies, including cryptography and smart contracts.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of core cryptographic components.
- Evaluate various cryptographic and blockchain protocol solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in a cryptography-related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Rust, Python, or C++, with strong coding habits and style.
- Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
- Understanding of basic algorithm principles and implementations.
- Familiarity with mainstream public blockchain technologies and their principles.
- Strong interest in the blockchain industry and a desire to learn.
- Quick thinking, clear logical reasoning, strong security awareness, and effective teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Published research papers in the field of ZK/MPC cryptography.
- Experience in implementing underlying libraries in the ZK/MPC field.
