About the Role
This is a client-facing position responsible for delivering first- and second-level technical support to internal and external customers. The successful candidate will report directly to their assigned supervisor and play a key role in maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, effective problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery. This role requires flexibility, as the engineer will participate in an on-call rotation and work scheduled rotational shifts to support operational requirements.

What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and BitLocker deployments.
- Install, configure, and support PCs, laptops, printers, and MFP devices.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, and Veeam Backup.
- Monitor and maintain anti-virus solutions and remote desktop environments (Citrix/MS RDS).
- Provide end-user support in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in IT project delivery and documentation.
Knowledge & Experience
- BSC in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT firm or Value-Added Reseller (VAR).
- Strong technical documentation abilities.
- Microsoft 365 certification and hands-on experience with Office 365/Azure/Intune.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 or higher, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
- Experience with Veeam Backup, anti-virus solutions, and BitLocker encryption.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for HP, Dell, and Lenovo hardware.
- Knowledge of printer/MFP support and remote desktop environments (Citrix/MS RDS).
- Excellent client-facing communication and project delivery skills.
- Strong technical expertise, effective problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
